Amanpour states that it is
clear that whoever wins the
2008 Presidential election,
could sway the courts decision

interviews CNN political
analyst Jeffrey Toobin, who
points out the fact that the
two biggest liberals on the
court are Justice John Paul
Stevens, who is 87 years old
and Ruth Bader Ginsberg, who
is 75 years old. If the two of
them were replaced by Justices
similar to Roberts and Alito,
the right would have won in
the Supreme Court. Abortions
will be illegal in large parts
of the country and schools
will have much more religious
