The pop star went to court
with her lawyer yesterday
requesting overnight visits
with 2 year old Sean Preston
and 1 year old Jayden James.
The judge awarded her one
monitored overnight visit. Her
lawyer says the kids are at
risk psychologically by being
apart from their mother.
