California Medical Board says
they're looking into Dr.
Khristine Eroshevich. She's a
psychiatrist and friend of
Smith, and also responsible
for writing all the
prescriptions. Police found
more than 600 pills missing
from prescriptions no more
than 5 weeks old in Smith's
Florida hotel room. It's
unclear if she took all the
pills. Police say the former
playmate died of an accidental
drug overdose.

A new romance may be budding
between actors Reese
Witherspoon and Jake
Gyllenhaal. Sources tell
People magazine they've been
spending a lot of time
together recently. The two are
starring in an upcoming movie
together. They were seen
dining with two other couples
at a Los Angeles restaurant.
And apparently the two spent
the meal cuddling and acting
playful. A friend of
Witherspoon says she's still
hurt by her recent split from
husband Ryan Phillipe but she
and Gyllenhaal are both
interested in each other.

Former Vice President Al Gore
will emcee the opening night
of this year's Tribeca film
festival. Gore won an Oscar
for his documentary about
global warming called 'An
Inconvenient Truth.' He's a
supporter of the Save Our
Selves campaign...who will
present seven short films
about the climate crisis at
the event. The festival runs
April 25 through May 5 in New
York.

Actress Halle Berry will
reportedly go bald for a movie
role. The actress tells a
British newspaper she's
nervous about shaving her head
for the upcoming romantic
comedy 'Napily Ever After.'
She says in the film,
something happens to her
character's hair...causing her
to shave it all off. The movie
will start filming in the U.S.
this year and is expected to
be released in 2008.

Prince Harry is reportedly
partying it up at the beach. A
British newspaper reports he
and his girlfriend Chelsy
Davis have been enjoying a
luxurious vacation in
Barbados. Sources say they've
been drinking rum punch and
dancing on their personal
boat. The paper says one night
he partied so hard, Davis had
to help him into bed. But
there's not much time left for
the Prince to party...he heads
to Iraq for a six-month
military tour at the end of
the month.
