After Johnny Fairplay was left
bloodied and battered by Danny
Bonaduce on Tuesday night the
former 'Survivor: Pearl
Islands' contestant filed a
police report claiming that
the red-headed former 'The
Partridge Family' star knocked
out one of his teeth, broke
another and left several loose
following an onstage encounter
at the 2007 Fox Reality Really
awards.



Fairplay had been struggling
to read from a teleprompter
and was being booed by those
in attendance when Bonaduce
jumped to the stage and
approached the reality star.
According to Fairplay's police
report Bonaduce made a
'derogatory statement' and
began to walk off stage. At
that point Fairplay called to
Bonaduce and attempted to give
him a hug from behind but
Bonaduce threw him over his
shoulder and planted him face
first into the stage.



After running off the stage
Fairplay was treated at a
Hollywood hospital where he
filed a battery report against
Bonaduce.



Police have said that the
investigation is in its
initial stages and no plans to
arrest Bonaduce have been
made.
