people, I started recording
this call. A monitor I bought
on Circuit City's website was
wrongly labled as qualifying
for a rebate from HP. The HP
rebate material clearly showed
this monitor did not qualify,
but someone at Circuit City
put on their website that it

I did get the rebate
eventually, I used it the same
day, and I have never set foot
in a Circuit City since.

Also, Colorado is a one-party
consent state, which means
that it is legal to record a
phone call as long as one
person in that call is aware
and consents to being
recorded.
