This is completely correct!!! Some try to say that gene errors prove an Evolutionary connection also, but even this is not so because an intelligent creator could even use pre-existing cells and simply modify the DNA. In fact, the creation of Eve from Adam seems to be this very thing. A genetic connection can exist even without an evolutionary connection. Call it a narrow bottleneck if you wish.
