In the previous championship
KASR beat The State Press 44
to 18. Now, it's a year later
and they have vowed REVENGE!
Chanting 'DRAGO!' all across
campus.

daily rag aka THE STATE PRESS
and ASU's radio station: KASR!


Backstory: In the spring of 94
T-Roc the Prophet while
rummaging through cds at the
radio station looking for some
extra discs to take over to
ZIA, found an old trophy! On
it showed that KASR and the
State Press played 2 games in
1983 and 1984. Both sides won
one game each. In 1994 KASR
won again making the
standings: KASR 2w-1L and
State Press 1w-2L.

WHO will win? And more
importantly in this andrenline
fueled journalistic endeavour,
the eternal reporter question:
WHO will buy the beers?

celebrating it's 25th year

'Don't expect a lot from this
show.' Was the unofficial
motto of KASR VIDEO, which
made a pleasant surprise when
we actually knocked out a
great show! The program was a
weekly 2 hour public access
offshoot of the Arizona State
University's original
alternative radio station that
aired in Phoenix. The music
video show featured rarely
seen videos and 'new' music
not in the 'main stream.'
Along with non-conventional
interviews it became a decent
way to nurse a hangover with
the midnight party crowd.
These clips are edited as a
sort of best of; minus the
music videos.
