winner and another feather in
Jordan's cap had it not been
for a foolish foul by Jermaine
O'Neal on Kobe Bryant on the
other end, who hit two free
throws to send the game into a
second overtime period.Since
this was billed as Jordan's
last All-Star game there was a
lot of hype going in and all
eyes were on him. Vince Carter
was more or less shamed into
giving up his starting spot to
him. Players were getting him
the ball trying to get him
buckets but he actually had a
sub-par performance by his
standards, needing 27 shots to
get his 20 points. But this
shot is just another example
of Jordan's superhuman ability
to consistently rise to the
occasion and deliver in
pressure situations. Like Marv
Albert said, crunch time 'is
Michael Jordan time'.
