Fun with ubuntu Core 7.10
(Gusty) and Compiz-Fusion.

Just thought i'd make a quick
recording, I've been playing
around with linux for about 2
days now, so I'm sure there is
alot more effects that i can
install. Unfortunately though,
i have to nuke this install of
Ubuntu, because i accidentally
shrunk my personal data

Fun with ubuntu Core 7.10

partition, instead of the XP
one.

Anyways, this is linux in all
its glory on my laptop, with
Compiz-Fusion and Beryl
installed on a 13.3\' Dell XPS
M1330; T7250 Core 2 Processor,
GeForce 8400GS, and 2GB DDR2
RAM (crappy specs, i know).
All this is using less
graphics power and less ram
than Vista Aero, and we all
know how that compares to
Compiz. Pretty sweet, i must
say (Although i do use windows
on my primary computer.).
