'slam-fire.' The M1 bolt has
a floating firing pin that can
set off the cartridge by
slamming it into the chamber.
The bolt locks the round into
place; the floating firing pin
impacts the unstable primer
and boom. In essence, you
pull the trigger once and get

are shooting at a paper target
when this occurs the rounds
will be about 1 inch apart and
one directly above the other.

dangerous. This two for one
special is a bad thing.
