At last a weight-loss program that tells it like it is. We all know by now that a change of lifestyle not popping a pill is the key to losing weight and keeping it off. I had no idea there were so many elements involved in how the body functions in regard to weight loss or gain.

Makes alot of sense to me. Everyone that has tried any other diet should see this and check in to it. Looks like a new and true solution to a major problem facing our youth.
