EDWARDSLaura Edwards just
began her professional dancing
career about 2 years ago back
home in Maryland. She moved to
Los Angeles a year and a half
ago to pursue her career even
further. She recently
performed on the Today Show
and can be seen dancing in the
films 'Step Up' and
'Hairspray.' She can also be
seen in 'Step Up 2: The
Streets' and 'Alvin and the
Chipmunks,' which are both
coming to theaters soon. Laura
was also part of the cast of
the original 'Monsters of Hip
Hop: The Show.' She is
currently on the Monsters of
Hip Hop: The Next Generation
faculty. She visits many
studios back on the east coast
to teach and choreograph
competition pieces very often.
The thing she misses most is
teaching all the kids at home.
Dancing and choreographing are
her strongest passions.
